Booking Terms & Conditions
All prices and payments are in Euros. Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer. You will have
to cover all the transaction fees.
The balance due shall be paid by the customer to Catherine Fox not more than 5 working days after the registration.
If payment is not received by the due date then Magokoro reserves the right to cancel the reservation. We will communicate with you before reaching this stage.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees shall apply:
- Cancellation 60 days or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
- Cancellation more than 60 days before due arrival date, 50% refund. If we are able to resell your place then we shall refund the remainder of the fees.
- Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed via email by Magokoro.
Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges.
Arrival & Departure
The standard arrival time is from 4pm, departure is by 10am.
Please arrange your travel & transfers accordingly.
